What is One Tap Connect Card?

The One Tap Connect is an innovative business card designed to simplify networking. Rather than carrying a bulky stack of traditional business cards, you rely on a single credit card-sized device. When you meet someone, they can simply tap their phone against your One Tap Connect Card to instantly download all your essential contact information directly into their contacts list.

What is the tap feature?

Most current smartphones come equipped with NFC technology, which stands for Near Field Communication. This feature enables two devices to communicate when they are in close proximity to each other (within 10 cm). The One Tap Connect includes a built-in NFC chip that is compatible with today’s smartphones.

The great advantage of this technology is that no app is needed! Your phone simply needs to be unlocked and connected to the internet, whether through Wi-Fi or a mobile network.

Additionally, if someone doesn’t have NFC capabilities on their phone, they can easily scan the QR code located on the back of your smart business card.

Is all the information on the card?

Your contact information is not physically stored on the card.

Instead, it is securely stored on a server in the cloud. When someone taps their phone against your card, it prompts their device to retrieve your information from the server.

This information is presented in the recipient’s browser and automatically downloads a small file directly into their contacts app.

How do you maintain your personal profile and information?

Your administrator account enables you to oversee all the cards and profiles for your company through a user-friendly online dashboard. Additionally, you can invite individuals to take charge of their own profiles directly from your management console.

How do I order and design my card?

1. Order online – Choose between your very own Custom design (R650) including the design or a Classic template (R350) card.
   Our team of skilled designers will craft a stunning card tailored to your preferences, ensuring it reflects your unique brand identity. Plus, with options for both sleek modern designs and timeless classic templates, you’re sure to find a style that resonates with your audience. 2. Please send us your artwork, including your logos and any relevant information. Keep in mind that you don’t need to include extensive contact details on the card design; simply providing a name and job title is sufficient. This is because all of your contact information will be electronically transferred directly to the recipient’s phone, ensuring easy access.
   
   
3. Delivery within South Africa is prompt and efficient. Once you have ordered, we will keep you informed about the progress of your order. You can expect to receive your cards within 3-5 working days, ensuring that your logos and information arrive in a timely manner.
